The Food Information (Scotland) Regulations 2014

The EU has listed 14 allergens that need to be identified if they are used as an ingredient within a dish.  These are as follows:

·        Celery

·        Cereals containing gluten

·        Crustaceans

·        Eggs

·        Fish

·        Lupin

·        Milk

·        Molluscs

·        Mustard

·        Nuts

·        Peanuts

·        Soya

·        Sesame seeds

·        Sulphur dioxide
